excellent stay
large bedcomfortable bedstrong waterhigh noise
i found the bed quite large and very comfortable. the room included a smart tv, a good surprise. the hot water pressure was strong, providing ample hot water at all times. after accounting for the walk to the hotel up an incline, i considered the rest of my visit perfect.
The noise made concentrating difficult during the day and sleeping challenging at times. sounds from all directions were audible, including vibrations from a phone alarm through the walls. i also heard kids playing late into the night. The ambient noise level was far from ideal.

The staff provided helpful guidance and demonstrated a willingness to assist with directions. their friendly demeanor enhanced my stay, and their responsiveness was appreciable. They were efficient and helpful.

Excellent Stay in Gràcia

The room was very quiet. It had 3 double beds even for two people. The beds and pillows felt very comfortable. The room was large. The staff was nice and cute. They were really accommodating . This added to a great hotel experience. The location worked well. It sits near subway and bus stops. It is close to favourite neighborhoods. The area is excellent.
The room smelled of strong cleaning products. It felt a bit old and not so nice due to the grids. The room was on the ground floor.

The hotel offers clean rooms. A working AC is available. Towels were ready in the clean toilet. There were also a lot of restaurants nearby that was a benefit.

The staff was friendly. They offered helpful directions. The location is near many supermarkets and restaurants. It is also very close to Park Guell.
The main aircon did not work. A portable aircon was available, but the room was still hot in august. There was no mini fridge in our room. We had to use the communal kettle in the lobby.
